Submission instructions:

Submission of a paper implies that it has not been published elsewhere and is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. Two copies of the submitted manuscript written in English and including a short Abstract, Keywords, and AMS 2000 Subject Classification, should be sent to the Executive Editor.
The simultaneous supply of papers in TeX (preferably AmSTeX) by e-mail makes a more rapid publication possible and is highly encouraged. In view of the style adopted by the journal, the amsppt style (10pt, \hsize=124mm, \vsize=186mm) is preferred but other styles are accepted as well.

Whenever an issue of the journal is completed, bibliographical data of each paper (including the abstract) are available. Full text of back volumes appears electronically with a two year delay.
